The False Continuity of Nations - contributions of Paschalis Kitromilides to the Study of the Orthodox Commonwealth and Nationalism in the Balkans

On December 15, 2017, on the occasion of the publication of the Serbian edition of the collection of papers by Prof. Paschalis Kitromilides entitled An Orthodox Commonwealth, the Centre for British Studies of the Faculty of Political Science organised a discussion about the main findings of his book. It was an opportunity to discuss the issue of what Orthodox Christianity looked like in the Balkans in the era before nationalism, to rethink the role of nationalism in the Balkans and to discuss other related issues.
